Do our prices include VAT
Yes, sewage removal jobs are VAT included, any servicing, installs, repairs will be invoiced with VAT.
How do we take payment?
The driver that comes out to you can take a payment of cash, cheque or card payments.
The office (01304691169) can take card payments over the phone.
You can also pay by BACS transfer which you will find the details on the slip given to you by the driver after the job has been completed.
Do we provide 24/7 call outs and are there extra charges for this service?
Yes, we provide 24/7 call outs – please either call the office or the mobile number if out of hours.
There will be a call out charge added onto the service price which depends on travel time.
How is the waste disposed of?
We take all our liquid waste to a treatment plant via Southern Water.
How much does it cost?

How long does it take to empty?
Usually 30 minutes approximately. However if there is a problem on the job or the driver has to be there longer then we apply an extra £90 per hour.
How far can the man hole be away from where the lorry can park?
Our lorries carry up to 60m length of pipe, anything further from that please enquire.
Do we work in the dark and bad weather?
YES! Our team are out whatever the weather, any time of day. All of our lorries have lights all round to give the drivers better visibility.
Do I need to be there when we come?
No, on all bookings we will take all details which we need to complete the task. Which will include access, where the manhole is located and a phone number to contact you on should there be any need to.
The worker will then leave a slip (posted through letter box of address) with the details of the job and payment methods on.
